Hi, I’m Danny.

I’m a dad and a men’s coach:  I help professional men feel like an amazing father — without sacrificing the meaningful career, so they can finally stop living in trade-off mode and feel effective and proud in both roles

~ (Because I know firsthand that one always impacts the other!)

If you’ve ever felt like you were being pulled apart — wanting to be an amazing dad, but also wanting to build a meaningful, challenging career — you’re in the right place.

I get it.

I’ve been there.

Why I do this

Work has always made me feel useful, capable, and strong. But when I became a dad, I started to feel like I was failing at both roles. I was working long hours at a large corporation, trying to provide, but I hardly ever felt fully present with my son. No matter how hard I tried to “balance it,” there was this constant tug-of-war. And the guilt was crushing.

For years, I threw every productivity hack and time management system I could at the problem. I tried harder, worked harder, learned more — but I still felt stuck.

It wasn’t was shown how to approach things differently, at the right level of influence, that things shifted.

How I got here

About four years ago, I realized I couldn’t keep going this way. I reached out for help, working with a coach and a specialist to get to the roots of what was blocking me. We uncovered beliefs and patterns I’d never seen before, and I stopped fighting myself.

That changed everything. Together looked at my life: How my boundaries collapsed. How trying harder didn't work and couldn't work. Most importantly, that I could change and how to change.

That led to honest conversations with my wife and reshaping my work and home schedule. Inside I felt different. My stress levels dropped. I felt like I had more energy, and finally trusted I could be the dad I wanted to be and chase my goal and dreams. In 2022 I relaunched my coaching practice with a clearer boundaries and a clearer mission: To help professional, ambitious dads find that balance of roles so they felt whole in these two areas that mattered.

Now, I get to be the dad I always wanted to be — and a better one, because I’m fulfilled at work, too.

Why I know this can work for you

Over a decade of coaching experience, combined with living this struggle myself, has shown me exactly what it takes for ambitious dads to finally feel guilt-free and enjoy both.

You don’t have to settle for feeling guilty or disconnected anymore. You can feel proud of how you show up at home and at work — without sacrificing one for the other.

I’ve done it. My clients have done it. And you can, too.

Ready to change the story?

If you’re carrying that same weight, and you’re ready to stop fighting yourself and start leading yourself differently, I’d love to help.
